This loft consists of three floors and part of the roof. A new greenhouse structure wraps two sides of a garden-terrace and houses the master suite as well as a second living space with kitchen. An exterior aluminum louver system effectively deflects direct sunlight and prevents the heat gain so common to glass-roofed buildings.
