This small apartment duplex was completely redesigned. The lower level bath was moved to a far corner so it no longer was a room divider and the kitchen was opened completely to the living and dining area. The upper level is now a single bedroom with a connecting bath, dressing room and small office which opens to a spacious terrace on two levels where, with the help of Dirtworks, the landscape architecture firm, two garden rooms were created to take advantage of the commanding views of lower Manhattan and the harbor.
